What are your Order & delivery timelines
All products are custom-made. Once an order is confirmed, production begins. Please allow 6–8 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted and dispatched.
Metro Cities Delivery is 3–7 working days from dispatch.

What is your return policy
Since each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. Beyond this point, the production process begins and cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.

Damages & Defects
We take extensive care in packaging and handling. However, in the rare event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect:
• Please inspect the product upon delivery.
• Report any issue within 48 hours by emailing hello@andamanaisle.com with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
After assessment, we will arrange:
• Repair at your location, wherever feasible
• Replacement of the damaged part
• Full replacement of the product if repair or part replacement is not viable.
These resolutions are in line with industry standards fand guidelines. Please note:
• Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture are intrinsic to handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects.
• Issues reported beyond the 48-hour window may not be eligible for support.
